Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love Dr. Detoxer. If something is wrong with your order, here is how we make it right.
1. Eligibility window
You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged or leaking bottle on arrival.
- Wrong product or quantity shipped.
- Manufacturing defect.
2. Items not eligible for return
- Bottles that have been opened or used.
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery.
- Products without proof of purchase.
3. How to request a return
- Email support@drdetoxer.com or WhatsApp +91 90545 23166 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will respond within 24 business hours with pickup or replacement instructions.
4. Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Bank or UPI processing times may add 1 to 3 additional days.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
