These Terms govern your use of the Dr. Detoxer website ("Site") and the purchase of Dr. Detoxer products ("Products"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, mispriced items, or unavailable stock.
- Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product, not when payment is captured.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By submitting payment information you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

6. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Site.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe any third-party right.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names and trade dress — is owned by Dr. Detoxer or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws.
8. Disclaimers
Products are intended to wash fruits and vegetables. They are not medicines and make no medical claims. Always rinse produce with potable water before consumption.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
