Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability and ETA.

2. Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• Non-metro / tier-2: 4 to 6 business days.
• Remote pincodes: up to 7 business days.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Festive seasons or weather disruptions may add 1 to 2 days.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free across India on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a nominal handling fee shown at checkout.

4. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link via SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order any time at drdetoxer.com/home/track-order.

5. Failed delivery

If a delivery fails after 2 attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package is returned to us. We will reach out to confirm next steps. COD orders that go RTO (Return To Origin) may not be eligible for re-dispatch.

6. International shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping is available.
